Add contents of package (100g) and 400ml of water into saucepan and heat on low covered stirring occasionally for 4 minutes, remove lid and cook for a further minute stirring occasionally or until soft.
Add your own vegetables, try onion, eggplant, cauliflower or broccoli. Add a tin of coconut cream to make a creamy curry base.
