If you place your order before 1pm, we will ship it the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Information supplied on the Australia Post website indicate that deliveries within Australia take between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Please note that if your order cannot be delivered and re-delivery needs to be rescheduled, a re-delivery fee of $9.95 may apply.

Returns

If you receive the incorrect product in your order, please email us at [email protected] or phone. If the product is unopened and intact, we ask that the product be returned and will arrange for your order to be resent at no additional charge. If you have received a product that has exceeded its use by date when received or if faulty, Healthy Essentials Australia will replace the product at no additional cost.

Please note we do not offer free returns for change of mind items or products you are not happy with. We are more than happy to refund products returned to us, however postage of these products are at your expense.
