Healthy Essentials Australia ships nationwide using couriers and other freight carriers. Orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $17.95 . You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout. Please be aware that shipping is calculated on cost after any discounts or coupons are applied.
All delivery times are indicative only and delays may occur during transit. We do not guarantee delivery times however provide estimates only based on our freight provider. Due the the current climate, delays are expected and we apologise for any inconvenience this may provide.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If a PO Box or Parcel Locker is supplied, we will contact you to ask for an alternate address.
If you place your order before 1pm, we will ship it the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Information supplied on the Australia Post website indicate that deliveries within Australia take between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Note these times are indicative only.
Please note that if your order cannot be delivered and re-delivery needs to be rescheduled, a re-delivery fee of $9.95 may apply.

Returns
If you receive the incorrect product in your order, please email us at [email protected] or phone. If the product is unopened and intact, we ask that the product be returned and will arrange for your order to be resent at no additional charge. If you have received a product that has exceeded its use by date when received or if faulty, Healthy Essentials Australia will replace the product at no additional cost.Please note we do not offer free returns for change of mind items or products you are not happy with. We are more than happy to refund products returned to us, however postage of these products are at your expense.
Please note that, due to hygiene and safety, under no circumstances do we offer returns, exchanges or refunds on protective face masks.
