Loving Earth’s Lemon Caramel Chocolate bars are over one-third raw criollo amazonico cacao for a potent dose of flavonol antioxidants and magnesium. Because they’re sweetened with low-GI evaporated coconut nectar they have no refined sugar or dairy content, while the raw coconut they contain is high in lauric acid, a natural antimicrobial agent. The caramelised coconut nectar blends beautifully with the smoothness of raw organic cashews, and the lemon essential oil’s subtle zest makes for a delightfully different chocolate bar.
