We offer same day delivery to the Metro Melbourne area when you place your order before 12 noon. Delivery fee of $19.95 applies to orders. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery.
Yes! You mean a lot to us, so we want to give you more incentive to buy from us. So, we’ll send your order for free when you spend over $65 in one purchase. If your order is under $65, a flat fee of $8.95 applies.
Yes, to most areas when you place your order before 2pm AEST. And by most areas, we mean to an address that isn’t down a winding path at the end of an un-named road miles from the nearest milk bar. Unfortunately, deliveries to these picturesque, whimsical, non-city areas can take an extra day or two, but feel free contact us if you’re unsure.
Your order will be delivered by 7pm (5pm to business addresses). Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time of day for delivery on our Courier services. We would hate to make you a promise only for a delayed Courier service to break it!
Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any business names, tower numbers and hospital wards, secret handshakes where applicable. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver your order and may also cause delay in delivery. And no one wants that, so please triple check before placing your order!
We’re being public conscience, with all that’s been going on in the world in recent times, so we prefer contact less delivery. So, if no one’s home, our Courier will leave the parcel in a safe place or as directed by you, unless they feel it is unsafe to do so – be it because it’s 400℃, there’s an overly curious passer-by or an over enthusiastic dog. Your order is yours.
In these instances,your order will be taken back to the Courier depot and a calling card left so you can rearrange delivery. If you don’t contact the courier to rearrange your delivery, your order may be sent back to us and if we need to send it out again, an additional fee may apply.
On the weekend, we rest, so no deliveries will be made. Same for our beloved public holidays

As temperatures rise, it’s important to understand that we do not send orders via a refrigerated courier service. While every effort is taken to protect goods, we do not use dry ice or other cold packaging as standard in the packing of products. We use road express as our means of transport, getting your order to you as quickly as possible, however once your order leaves our warehouse, it may be loaded onto interstate trucks and stored in warehouses and delivery vans that, whilst shielding from direct sunlight, do little to reduce temperatures.
PLEASE NOTE: Items such as chocolates, chewing gums, truffles and chocolate biscuits are risky products to send throughout warmer months.
Items purchased are done so at the sole risk of the buyer. We will accept no responsibility for any items effected by heat during transport.

We take the upmost care when packing your order. While we are environmentally conscience, meaning we won’t be over packing your order with unnecessary filler, we will ensure your order is packed safely so it arrives to you in the same condition it left us.

As long as the product is in its original packaging, untouched, unsealed and still in usable condition, we are more than happy to accept your returned product. Just send it back to us within 14 days and we’ll refund to product.
