This unrefined oil from Plenty is made by cold pressing sweet Australian almonds. It has a light natural flavour and fragrance, a lovely golden colour, and high levels of bioflavonoids and vitamins B and E. A versatile cooking oil often paired with asparagus, fish, and cream soups, almond oil is also prized as a carrier oil for massage and aromatherapy applications.
